What we are doing for all members is to facilitate a website planning process that results in the creation of a website scoping document that you can use as a plan for the development of your website.

That meeting lasts approximately 1 hour and can take place at our offices, a location suitable to you, or online. The online meetings work well as you are able to see our screen and we can discuss your requirements in detail as we show you options and examples for you to choose from.

In the meeting we will;

• Identify the priorities you have for your website.
• Make decisions around the content & functionality requirements you have for your website.
• Create a quote for the deployment of your website should you choose to have Webforce 5 develop the site.
• Answer any questions you may have as we proceed.

All of the practices that have participated have found the session of great value regardless of whether they have proceeded with the development of their website or not.
